2. User Responsibilities

• API Usage: You are responsible for generating and maintaining your own YouTube API Key. You agree to use it in compliance with Google Cloud’s policies.

• Data Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for discrepancies in data provided by the YouTube API.

3. Google Sheets Integration

The tool uses Google Sheets as a database. You acknowledge that deleting the “YTTracky_Data” sheet from your Google Drive will result in the loss of your saved research and competitor lists.

4. Intellectual Property

The interface, brand name (YTTracky), and code are the property of TechFuryHQ. You may not replicate or sell the tool’s core functionality without permission.
